Very good ice cream and the kids loved the place. Friendly service and clean establishment. About 15 or 20 flavors to choose from. The frozen latte with chocolate ice cream in it was delicious!

Great ice cream. Homemade and fresh w reasonable prices....needs some cosmetic changes though...way too dirty bathroom. Just get the ice cream and sit outside .

Without a doubt the best ice cream in Charlottesville. Needed an ice cream cake for a birthday this time and wasn't disappointed. Phenomenal taste without going over the top. Despite my waist's objections, we'll definitely be back again and again.

Kirt's is a local creamery that mixes ice cream flavors with candies, fruit, etc. on a frozen slab of granite and serves it up in a waffle cone, as a sundae, or in a cup. They also make milkshakes, ice cream cakes, and sell pints to go. My favorite is dark chocolate and banana with chocolate chips mixed in, served in a waffle cone.

Honest to God this is the best place for ice cream in Charlottesville!! Their birthday cakes are WONDERFUL!!! Locally owned and operated... Can it get any better! I love giving back and supporting my community!! This is one of the best ways to do it... And the most yummy 😁
